Help support Afghanistan’s neediest children. KRC supports numerous orphans and their families on a monthly and one time basis. We are currently supporting 65 orphan families directly each month, with each family taking care of multiple orphan children. Additional, with grants from Life for Relief and Development, another 500 orphans are supported monthly.

The Orphan support program spans multiple districts and cities in Afghanistan. You orphan donation will have orphans receive basic food rations for their families along with school supplies, clothing, and other essentials to help them focus on their education. The Prophet (saw) said, “The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this, “and he (saw) held his two fingers together to illustrate’. [Bukhari] You can provide monthly food rations, school supplies and a pair of new clothes for each orphan in the family. KRC has a unique program which allows whole families to benefit as multiple orphans are living in one household. $35/month for a family with 1 to 3 orphans and $50/month for a family of 4+ orphans. This program is zakat eligible.
